Internal Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager to join a growing team in Warrington. The role acts as the key link between customers, internal teams and field sales, ensuring a seamless customer journey across product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage customer quotations following pricing procedures.
• Provide accurate product information and liaise with technical sales when needed.
• Collaborate with field sales to generate and fulfil demand opportunities.
• Gather and share market intelligence on customers and competitors.
• Achieve sales and margin targets for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Support product campaigns and proactively follow up with customers to secure orders.
• Manage inbound customer queries and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as required by the line manager.

Required profile

• Previous telesales experience, including upselling, cross‑selling and price/product negotiations.
• Strong B2B sales experience with repeat customers and account management.
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and a proactive team player.

What we offer

• Basic salary £26,000 per annum.
• Commission up to £3,000 per annum at 100% target achievement, paid quarterly.
• Potential total earnings around £32,000 OTE.
