Internal Sales Account Manager

About the role

Our client, a creative product design specialist based in Witham, is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing multiple projects and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
• Oversee projects from brief through production to final delivery.
• Maximise product mix, pricing and profitability across accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate administration, reporting and CRM system updates.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate additional business.

Required profile

• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Customer‑focused with a commitment to outstanding service.
• Experience in account management, sales support or customer service.
