Internal Sales Administrator (Harlow)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Administrator to support our sales function in Harlow. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure quotations and orders are processed accurately, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and record customer quotations.
• Respond promptly to pricing and product enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders from receipt through to completion.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer, supplier and product information.
• Liaise with the purchasing team on product availability and lead times.
• Provide administrative support to the wider sales team.
• Support the delivery of high‑standard customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling telephone calls and customer enquiries professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude and a team player.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
