Internal Sales Coordinator – Hybrid (North Baddesley)

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a fast‑growing food service business in North Baddesley, Winchester. The role is hybrid, combining office work with visits to our North Baddesley and Southampton sites, and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts, driving repeat business and upselling seasonal products.
• Proactively contact customers, provide excellent service, and resolve enquiries or issues.
• Liaise with warehouse, transport, and supplier teams to keep customers informed about deliveries and order changes.
• Work towards team sales targets under the guidance of the Head of Sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in internal sales, outbound sales or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport for site visits.
• Experience in foodservice, hospitality or FMCG is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
