Internal Sales Coordinator – Modular Buildings & Offsite Construction

About the role

This hybrid, home‑based position supports the North London field sales team in selling high‑quality off‑site modular buildings for hire and permanent installation. You will work closely with tier‑one contractors and end‑users in healthcare, education, commercial, pharma and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist regional sales professionals with business development and project indenting.
• Arrange face‑to‑face meetings, manage schedules and internal communications.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on campaigns and leads.
• Provide coordination, research and administrative support, including CRM upkeep.
• Help prepare proposals, pitches and RFP responses.
• Support revenue generation for the London depot and attend internal meetings as required.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the construction industry, rental, business development or administration support.
• Preferably experience with modular buildings or off‑site construction.
• Resident within the North London postcode area covered by the role.
• Competent use of a CRM system.
• Motivated, tenacious, customer‑focused and able to meet deadlines.
