Join a global leader in the logistics industry and drive significant business growth. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and ensuring their successful integration into our ecosystem during their critical first 8 weeks.
Missions principales
- Identify and develop a robust personal prospect pipeline to meet strategic new business objectives.
- Monitor new account performance to ensure alignment with agreed profiles and service mixes, implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
- Facilitate the seamless transition of new accounts to Account Managers within the first 8 weeks of activity.
- Execute outbound calling campaigns following marketing initiatives to engage potential and existing clients.
- Maintain high productivity levels and ensure all internal systems and CRM data are accurately updated.
Profil recherché
- Proven track record in direct sales or a fast-paced sales environment.
- Resilient, tenacious, and highly motivated by targets and high-growth contexts.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and influencing skills.
- Ability to deeply understand client needs and secure long-term engagement.
