Internal Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join Reed’s team in Bradley Stoke. The role involves handling customer enquiries, generating quotations and processing sales orders while delivering excellent service. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Generate and follow up on quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products and services.
• Liaise with Administration, Warehouse and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Assist with sales reporting and general sales administration duties.
• Manage customer queries, complaints and returns promptly.
• Support the wider sales team in achieving departmental targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service or sales administration (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to build rapport and develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
