Internal Sales Executive – £30k‑£35k + Uncapped Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a confident Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. You will be the first point of contact for new business enquiries, building relationships with brokers, accountants and other professional introducers while guiding prospects through the sales journey to account opening.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building.
• Engage with brokers, accountants and business advisers to develop referral partnerships.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries and qualify leads.
• Progress applications from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system and monitor your sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in internal sales, telesales, business development or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Confident communicator comfortable making outbound calls.
• Target‑driven with a motivation for uncapped bonuses.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
