Internal Sales Manager – Luxury Travel & Chauffeur Services

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Internal Sales Manager to lead the conversion of inbound enquiries for a prestigious luxury travel group. You will work with high‑value clients, delivering bespoke chauffeur, executive travel and private aviation solutions while helping to shape a growing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm inbound enquiries for luxury chauffeur and private aviation services.
• Build and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, VIPs, celebrities, entrepreneurs and corporate clients.
• Prepare tailored quotations, proposals and bespoke travel packages.
• Upsell and cross‑sell premium services to maximise revenue.
• Recruit, mentor and develop an internal sales team as the business expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal sales, sales management or business development within luxury travel, hospitality, private aviation or related premium services.
• Demonstrated track record of converting enquiries into revenue.
• Experience dealing with affluent or senior executive clients is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially aware with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
