International Account Manager

About the role

We are recruiting an International Account Manager to join a growing team that supports businesses with environmental compliance across Europe and beyond. This is a varied, customer‑facing position combining account management, international research, legislation and report writing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of international clients
• Research and interpret environmental legislation in different countries
• Produce clear compliance reports and practical client guidance
• Liaise with overseas partners and regulatory bodies
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships
• Support clients with registrations, data submissions and compliance requirements
• Attend client meetings and assist with new business opportunities

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical ability
• A genuine interest in researching and interpreting detailed information
• Ability to produce clear, accurate written reports
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing several priorities and deadlines
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A degree or equivalent experience in any relevant discipline
• Knowledge of another language advantageous but not essential
• Full UK driving licence required
