International Move Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised International Move Coordinator to join our busy team in Botley, Southampton. You will manage overseas household relocations from the first survey through to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee international household moves from initial survey to final delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the relocation process.
• Prepare and process export/import documentation, customs paperwork and permits.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and local moving teams.
• Prepare quotations, process invoices and monitor project costs.
• Advise customers on transit insurance and assist with claims.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Experience in international move management, shipping or global mobility is advantageous.
• Good understanding of international shipping, customs regulations and restricted goods.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as FIDI or BAR is beneficial.
• Experience using CRM or move‑management software is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
