International Primary & Lower Secondary Trainer – Pakistan

About the role

The International Primary and Lower Secondary Trainer will deliver Pearson Edexcel’s curriculum training to teachers across Pakistan. This position is ideal for experienced educators with strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science and a background in teaching non‑native English speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend in‑house briefings and training sessions to master course content and online delivery tools.
• Prepare and practice with training resources to ensure confidence and competence.
• Deliver training sessions, achieving all session objectives and responding professionally to participant queries.
• Manage personal travel arrangements with Pearson’s support and adhere to regulator and Pearson guidelines.
• Complete and submit feedback forms for each training event.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status in the country of work.
• Proven experience teaching primary and/or lower secondary curricula.
• Experience delivering effective training to adult participants.
• Strong subject knowledge relevant to the training content.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
