International Project Manager – Localisation & Brand Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an International Project Manager to lead localisation, translation, and brand‑implementation projects for a leading FMCG packaging agency. The role is hybrid/remote, based in South London, with a competitive salary of around £40,000 plus excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex projects across multiple European markets from brief to final delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate localisation, translation, artwork, and brand‑implementation workflows.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with artwork teams, designers, production partners, and internal departments.
• Support packaging adaptations and market‑specific requirements.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication abilities.
