International Recruitment Manager

About the role

The International Recruitment Manager will act as the public face of Claremont School in overseas markets, driving student enrolment from ages 11 to 18. The role blends relationship‑building with rigorous administration to ensure compliance with UK visa regulations and school policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions process for international students, from initial enquiry through to enrolment, using the HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate visits, interviews, taster days and provide comprehensive joining packs for new families.
• Maintain accurate student and immigration records, ensuring compliance with UKVI requirements and school MIS.
• Track KPIs, produce regular recruitment reports and forecast student numbers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with global education agents, attend fairs and explore new markets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align messaging, collateral and social media for international audiences.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational abilities and strong customer‑service mindset.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and HubSpot (Engage preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and attention to detail.
