International Sales Manager

About the role

CK Lyndex, a designer and manufacturer of advanced recycling machinery, is looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across global markets. Based in the UK, you will work closely with distributors and channel partners, travelling regularly to support and expand our international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with international distributors and channel partners.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen market presence in assigned territories.
• Provide partners with product knowledge, technical understanding, and solution development support.
• Act as the primary contact for international partners, ensuring clear communication and high‑level support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Deliver regular reporting on partner activity, pipeline opportunities, forecasts, and market developments.
• Support international exhibitions, trade shows, and distributor events.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and internal processes while representing CK Lyndex professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, channel management, distributor management or business development.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships and drive business growth.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in account management and project coordination.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop a solid technical understanding of recycling machinery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
