International Senior Manager – Underwriting Operations (Hybrid)

About the role
We are looking for an International Senior Manager to lead Underwriting Operations for a fast‑growing insurer. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will work closely with Underwriting, Technology and Operations teams across the UK and US to deliver new MGA partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational due diligence and onboarding for new MGA programmes.
- Manage programme implementation through to go‑live.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Underwriting, Finance, Claims, Legal and Technology.
- Oversee binder renewals and operational governance.
- Enhance underwriting systems, reporting and operational processes.
- Build strong relationships with MGAs and key stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong London Market insurance operations experience.
- Expertise in Delegated Authority or MGA environments.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of improving operational processes and implementing change.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
