Interventions Lead – SEN Teacher

About the role

The school in Bracknell is seeking an Interventions Lead to support students with special educational needs. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design and deliver targeted programmes that remove barriers to learning and promote wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement intervention programmes for academic, behavioural, attendance and wellbeing needs.
• Monitor student progress, collect data and produce reports to demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, parents and external agencies to identify and support vulnerable pupils.
• Analyse data trends to refine strategies and ensure interventions are evidence‑based.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the school’s inclusive education policy.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of student support and intervention frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and track progress.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and motivate young people.
