Intranet Project Delivery Coordinator (30hrs)

About the role

The University is looking for a proactive Intranet Project Delivery Coordinator to own and evolve its staff intranet built on Microsoft Modern SharePoint. Working 30 hours per week, you will ensure the platform meets user needs, drives engagement, and supports the university’s communication and collaboration goals.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the intranet post‑launch, managing enhancements and day‑to‑day operations.
• Improve user experience, increase adoption, and align the intranet with institutional objectives.
• Support governance, accessibility, content strategy and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manage budgets and oversee project delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with faculties and professional services to deliver user‑focused digital experiences.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering or coordinating large‑scale digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Expertise in content governance, information architecture and accessibility standards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across a complex organisation.
• Experience driving adoption, leading change initiatives and managing suppliers.
