Investment Analyst – Real Estate Private Equity

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join a leading international real estate private equity platform based in London. You will support the full deal lifecycle across a diversified portfolio of logistics, residential, office, retail and alternative real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Investments team from underwriting through execution and ongoing portfolio management.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations and sensitivity analyses for new and existing investments.
• Assist senior investment professionals with strategy, performance analysis and reporting.
• Help with financing, recapitalisation and disposition transactions across a pan‑European portfolio.
• Conduct market research, asset due diligence and travel to inspect investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, real estate, economics, business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate private equity or real estate investment banking/advisory.
• Strong analytical abilities and a genuine passion for real estate investing.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling skills.
