Investment and Research Executive

About the role
The Investment and Research Executive will support the team in sourcing and analysing investment opportunities across private equity and public fund managers. Based in London, you will work closely with limited partners, advisors and placement agents to build a robust pipeline of top‑quartile managers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a network of LPs, advisors and placement agents.
- Source new investment opportunities through desktop research and existing relationships.
- Curate a pipeline and produce research notes on approximately 40 top‑quartile private equity and liquid managers.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, board packs and market commentary.
- Monitor investment managers, capture key meeting notes and updates.
- Support ad‑hoc projects, including the improvement of tools, templates and databases for pipeline, network and reporting.
Required profile
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CISI, qualified accountant or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investment management, private equity or related finance areas.
