Investment Associate – Infrastructure Secondaries (London/Munich)

About the role

Join a global institutional infrastructure investor’s newly formed secondaries team. You will work in a lean, high‑performing London office, handling a diverse range of infrastructure deals across sectors and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all stages of the transaction process, including financial modelling and due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials in collaboration with senior team members.
• Represent the fund with external stakeholders and at annual general meetings.
• Support asset‑management activities such as monitoring, performance evaluation, and preparation of key investment decisions.

Required profile

• Senior Analyst or Associate‑level experience.
• Proven track record in investment banking, secondaries investing, or infrastructure investing.
• Interest in and basic understanding of infrastructure or secondaries markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong proactivity and teamwork.
