Investment Associate – Technology Seed Fund

About the role
Join a leading technology seed fund in London, driving network‑driven deal flow, building strong founder relationships, and sharpening investment judgement across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Source exceptional founders and build proprietary deal flow through personal networks and ecosystem presence.
- Deepen the fund’s coverage in key European markets to strengthen regional presence.
- Evaluate investment opportunities across team, product, market and ambition, preparing materials for partner discussions.
- Support founders with customer introductions, fundraising context, and access to the fund’s network.
Required profile
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technology and its future direction.
- Strong instinct for navigating ecosystems and building trust with high‑potential founders.
- High agency – proactive, creates momentum without waiting for direction.
- Sound judgment on people, with a deep commitment to backing early talent.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining rigor.
