Investment Associate – Wealth Management (Edinburgh)

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Associate to join a respected wealth management firm in Edinburgh. The role supports Investment Managers by preparing portfolio reviews, performance reports and client communications, ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio management and operations, including trade execution and portfolio monitoring.
• Handle account administration, KYC/CDD processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain client and intermediary relationships, preparing proposals and conducting investment research.
• Support new business opportunities and prepare investment presentations and meeting documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative or client‑support role within financial services (preferred).
• Working towards or holding an RQF Level 3 CISI qualification; commitment to achieve the RQF Level 4 CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
