Investment Banking Scrum Master (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an investment banking software development team in London. The role is hybrid, requiring four days on‑site each week, and runs for an initial twelve‑month period under an inside IR35 contract.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and coach the team toward higher Scrum maturity.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritisation.
• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and self‑organisation within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve communication and delivery flow.

Required profile

• Background in investment banking or asset management.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Strong servant‑leadership, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to assess and raise Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
