Investment Banking Senior Analyst – Communications

About the role

The Investment Banking Senior Analyst – Communications will support clients in raising capital and delivering strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions. Working within Citi's Institutional Banking team, you will act as a strategic advisor, helping to formulate investment strategies and execute capital‑raising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior banking officers on client transactions and projects as a junior team member.
• Organise and analyse sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
• Conduct economic and financial research to support transaction decisions.
• Evaluate company performance against industry and market trends.
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.

Required profile

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
