Citi is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join its Metals & Mining team in London. The role is an intermediate‑level position focused on supporting clients with capital‑raising, strategic advisory, and transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior bankers on client transactions, including M&A, capital markets, and advisory projects.
• Organise and analyse sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
• Conduct economic and financial research to support transaction rationale.
• Build complex financial models and perform valuation analyses.

Required profile

• Experience in the metals & mining sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
