Investment Banking Senior Analyst – Metals & Mining

About the role
The Investment Banking Senior Analyst in the Metals & Mining coverage team supports clients in raising capital and executing strategic transactions. Working closely with senior bankers, you will help shape investment strategies, prepare client proposals, and act as an intermediary in market activities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior banking officers on client transactions, including capital raising and M&A advisory.
- Organise and analyse sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
- Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
- Conduct economic and financial research relevant to the metals and mining sector.
- Build complex financial models and perform valuation analyses.
Required profile
- Experience or strong interest in the metals & mining industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
