Investment Banking Senior Associate – M&A

About the role

Citi is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Associate to support clients in capital‑raising and strategic M&A transactions. Based in London, you will work closely with the Institutional Banking team to deliver advisory and execution services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of investment banking transactions, including capital raising and M&A deals.
• Leverage prior banking experience to enhance deal execution and client coverage.
• Contribute to the development of Citi’s investment banking franchise.
• Manage and mentor analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and oversight of information flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating corporate transactions and creating financial analyses.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to support client development and business‑development research.
