Investment Manager – Private Equity

About the role
This is a rare private‑equity opportunity outside London, based in Leeds. You will join a first‑class investor that has deployed hundreds of millions of pounds and work on the buy‑side, helping senior partners originate, transact and exit investments.
Key responsibilities
- Originate, evaluate and execute new private‑equity investment opportunities alongside partners or directors.
- Support portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle and drive successful exits.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and eventually mentor junior executives.
Required profile
- Qualified ACA or CA (ICAEW or ICAS) with recent experience at a quality accounting firm.
- Proven track record in Business Restructuring, Financial Due Diligence or M&A advisory.
- Strong academic background, commercial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
