About the role
Marshall Moore are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established financial services business for an Investment Operations Senior to join their Liverpool team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in investment administration who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities
- Check and process investment administration activity.
- Handle and resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support process improvements and system changes.
- Assist with compliance, risk and quality controls.
- Coach and support junior team members.
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior investment operations or financial services role, including mentoring colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
