About the role
We are seeking an Investment Performance Analyst to join our London team. The role focuses on delivering accurate performance measurement and attribution across multiple asset classes, supporting portfolio managers and clients with insightful analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Provide detailed attribution analysis to portfolio managers, highlighting differences between portfolio and benchmark returns across all asset classes.
- Calculate daily and monthly performance returns.
- Analyse, validate and distribute portfolio and benchmark characteristics.
- Collaborate with clients, investment professionals and internal teams to answer performance‑related queries.
- Drive projects that improve efficiency and automation of performance processes.
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve system issues.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in performance reporting and attribution for equities and fixed income.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
