Investment Proposition & Operations Manager

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking an experienced investment professional to own the day‑to‑day delivery, governance and development of its investment proposition. The role sits at the centre of the firm’s investment framework, acting as the primary point of expertise for advisers, managers and senior leadership across a global business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisers and sales managers with clear guidance on strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk and performance.
• Support adviser‑led client meetings, explain the investment proposition and respond to technical queries.
• Review client portfolios and construct bespoke solutions using approved managers and Skybound’s methodology.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of approved managers, solutions and model portfolios; monitor changes and communicate updates.
• Chair the Investment Committee, coordinate papers, record decisions and track actions to completion.
• Lead the Global Dealing Team, ensure trade execution follows internal controls and identify process improvements.
• Deliver quarterly investment workshops and ongoing education for advisers.
• Produce weekly investment operations MI and monthly performance packs for senior committees.

Required profile

• Experienced investment professional with strong knowledge of portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment governance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex investment concepts clearly to advisers and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead a global dealing team and manage central investment projects.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment supporting a worldwide client base.
