Investment Reporting Analyst – Multi‑Asset Portfolio

About the role

A Mayfair‑based private investment office is seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst to support its transition to third‑party capital. Reporting to the COO, you will own the end‑to‑end investment reporting process for a multi‑asset portfolio that includes public equities, hedge funds, private equity, and real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular investment performance reports and attribution analysis across all asset classes.
• Measure and monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and risk targets.
• Collaborate with the investment team and risk committee to translate data into clear performance insights.
• Maintain and enhance reporting templates and data pipelines.
• Provide senior stakeholders with concise commentary on performance drivers and portfolio exposures.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of experience in performance measurement or reporting within asset management, family office, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings to senior leaders.
• CFA or CIPM qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
