Investor Relations Associate

About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated Investor Relations Associate to join their growing team in Kings Cross. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver an exceptional investor experience, support fundraising initiatives and manage investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for investor enquiries via email, telephone and Microsoft Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, introducers and intermediaries.
• Support investor engagement through regular communications, updates and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain accurate investor records in CRM systems.
• Assist with capital‑raising campaigns, outreach, marketing materials and event coordination.
• Monitor investor activity, subscriptions, redemptions and pipeline progression.
• Produce internal reports and management information to aid decision‑making.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to new product launches and acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years’ experience in financial services, sales, investor relations, wealth management, banking or a client‑facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with high‑net‑worth individuals and professional investors.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with genuine interest in investments and financial markets.
• Proactive, professional and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
