Investor Relations Associate

About the role

The Investor Relations Associate will support Equals One’s specialist advisory team in connecting healthcare, life‑science and digital‑health clients with the right investors. Working in a hybrid setting, you will help drive fundraising campaigns from initial outreach through to meaningful investor conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise investor engagement opportunities across active fundraising campaigns.
• Follow up warm investor leads and convert interest into active discussions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, clients and market participants.
• Provide clear, professional communication to keep campaigns on track.
• Coordinate activities across multiple campaigns, managing plans, priorities, actions and deadlines.
• Support targeted investor communications and marketing initiatives.
• Leverage CRM data and campaign insights to guide outreach and decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and visibility of progress.
• Assist in preparing high‑quality investor‑facing materials.
• Share market insight and investor feedback to improve future campaigns.

Required profile

• Client‑focused communicator comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate, consulting, business development or similar commercial environments.
• Strong interest or understanding of digital health, healthcare or life‑science sectors.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear investor communications.
• Excellent organisational and project‑coordination skills.
