Investor Relations Associate

About the role

This is a multi‑faceted, full‑time position within a fast‑growing specialist real‑estate finance lender. You will be the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, ensuring a high‑quality experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound investor queries and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Prepare and distribute regular investor updates, performance reports and engagement communications.
• Oversee the onboarding of new investors, including KYC and AML checks, documentation and allocation processes.
• Maintain accurate investor records in CRM systems and track activity such as inflows, redemptions and pipeline status.
• Support capital‑raising campaigns, create marketing materials and coordinate investor events.
• Produce internal reports to aid strategic decision‑making and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving investment products.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of KYC and AML procedures.
