ISO Manager

About the role

The ISO Manager will ensure Trusted Technology Partnership meets all statutory, regulatory, contractual and certification obligations. You will lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO management systems, data‑security and privacy frameworks, supporting the organisation’s risk management strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple ISO management systems and related registers.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate internal audits and support external surveillance/recertification audits.
• Maintain controlled documentation that evidences conformity to ISO standards.
• Support organisational risk management by updating relevant registers and reports.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams to embed compliance into business processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in an ISO or compliance‑focused role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO frameworks and audit processes.
• Excellent documentation, audit and evidence‑tracking abilities.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating regulatory requirements into practical processes.

• Salary £40,000‑£45,000 per annum.
