IT Business Analyst – Extended Enterprise Connectivity (12.5‑month placement)

About the role

Join Airbus' Digital Extended Enterprise team as an IT Business Analyst on a 12.5‑month placement. You will work with international colleagues to improve how external partners connect to Airbus IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop new connection solutions and Extended Enterprise (EE) standards.
• Investigate major incidents that occur in service.
• Liaise with external partners on technical issues.
• Roll out new solutions and migrate external partners’ end‑users.
• Create documentation and video materials to train users and administrators.
• Present and promote Extended Enterprise solutions and services within Airbus.

Required profile

• Undergraduate studying Information Technology or a related subject.
• Organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Project management experience.
• Reliability and creativity.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Global understanding of enterprise IT systems/infrastructure.
