IT Business Analyst – Healthcare Integration (Contract)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a three‑month contract supporting a critical healthcare systems integration programme. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of onsite and remote work, and involves working on clinical system transitions, data migration and digital transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for system integration.
- Conduct business process and gap analysis.
- Support data mapping, migration and integration activities.
- Produce process flows, workflows and system documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, preferably in healthcare or M&A integration programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
- Ability to start immediately.
