IT Business Analyst – Healthcare Systems Integration

About the role
This contract position supports a critical systems integration programme within the healthcare sector. You will work on clinical system transitions, data migration and digital transformation projects, collaborating with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct business process and gap analysis.
- Support data mapping, migration and system integrations.
- Produce process flows, workflows and system documentation.
Required profile
- Experienced Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management.
- Proven analytical ability and a track record delivering complex technology projects.
- Immediate availability and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Preferably experience delivering IT projects in healthcare or M&A/integration programmes.

What we offer
