IT Business Analyst - Real Estate experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Solutions Engineering team in London. The role will support a major cloud transformation programme, helping to modernise a suite of business‑critical applications for the property management sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Analysts and Developers to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing, release and implementation.
• Assist in simplifying and modernising applications through cloud migration and systems integration.
• Engage with both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering software migration or cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
