IT Business Analyst – Wealth Management (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation’s Wealth Management Business Applications team in London. Working in a hybrid model, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology delivery, ensuring solutions meet business needs and adhere to governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships across the business and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
• Act as senior escalation point for IT issues beyond standard support channels.
• Support technology initiatives ranging from small fixes to major cross‑divisional projects.
• Ensure applications and solutions are delivered in line with group methodology, governance and reporting requirements.
• Produce annual reporting on software licence usage and manage right‑sized subscriptions.
• Act as Business Analyst on selected projects, aligning solutions with architecture, security and governance standards.
• Oversee application support handover, documentation and periodic review of both new and existing applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Application Management or Technology Consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Experience in Agile environments and vendor/third‑party management.
• Desirable background in wealth management or broader financial services.
