IT Contract Recruiter – Tech – IR35 – 3‑Month Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Recruiter to join our team on a three‑month hybrid contract based in London. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical contractors, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent across a range of disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT contract positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contractors across infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, software development, data, DevOps and business change.
• Conduct detailed screening, interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms and oversee the onboarding process.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with IR35 legislation and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience recruiting IT contractors in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record placing contractors in technical domains such as infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, software development, data, DevOps or business change.
• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and deliver results.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IR35 and contractor engagement models.
• Experience with modern ATS and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
