IT Delivery Consultant – Remote (UK)

About the role

TTC Group is seeking an IT Delivery Consultant to join its growing UK team. Working primarily remotely with one day per month in the office, you will support recruitment delivery for a range of IT vacancies across UK, US and Indian entities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage candidates for multiple IT roles, meeting monthly placement and activity targets.
• Collaborate with account managers and senior consultants to fulfil active hiring requirements.
• Utilise job boards, CRM systems and databases to identify suitable CVs.
• Conduct telephone and video interviews, assess candidate fit and guide them through the interview process.
• Coordinate interview logistics, negotiate offers, oversee onboarding and provide post‑placement support.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients in internal systems.

Required profile

• Strong desire to build a career in recruitment with self‑motivation and resilience.
• Previous experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing or talent acquisition within the IT sector.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Candidate‑focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
