IT Helpdesk & Security Engineer (On-site, London)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk & Security Engineer to join SEGA Europe Ltd’s London headquarters. You will be the first line of technical assistance for the studio while also acting as the initial defender against phishing, malicious downloads and compromised endpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incoming incidents and service requests promptly.
• Provide technical support via email, Microsoft Teams, the service‑desk platform and in‑person.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding of user accounts and hardware deployment or recovery.
• Maintain user devices to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Create and maintain IT documentation in Atlassian Confluence.
• Support Office 365, Microsoft Entra and other SaaS applications.
• Install and maintain a wide range of hardware and software.
• Act as first responder for suspected security incidents on endpoints, triage, contain and escalate with the Cyber Security team.
• Capture forensic images from potentially compromised endpoints using tools such as FTK Imager while preserving chain of custody.

Required profile

• Enjoys a well‑triaged ticket queue and investigative problem‑solving.
• Committed to delivering white‑glove support to internal users.
• Comfortable working on‑site five days a week in a fast‑paced gaming environment.

Required skills

• Office 365 administration.
• Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) knowledge.
• Atlassian Confluence documentation.
• Microsoft Teams usage.
• Experience with forensic imaging tools such as FTK Imager.
• General hardware and software installation and maintenance.
