IT Helpdesk & Systems Administrator – London

About the role
Fenris Creations is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk & Systems Administrator to join its global IT Operations team, based in the London studio. You will be the primary point of contact for local staff while collaborating with distributed teams to support the company’s worldwide IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support to London studio employees and the office.
- Source, assemble, configure and deliver Windows and macOS workstations and related equipment.
- Maintain desktops, laptops and other office IT assets, troubleshooting and resolving help‑desk tickets for both local and remote users.
- Set up and manage user accounts, access rights and software licences across Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Track and manage IT assets and inventory for the London location.
- Contribute to forward‑planning to anticipate and fulfil the studio’s IT needs.
- Assist with patching, monitoring, and maintenance of local and global hardware, servers, storage and networking components.
- Perform additional system‑administration and help‑desk tasks as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering end‑user IT support in a mixed Windows/macOS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Hands‑on ability to assemble, troubleshoot and repair desktop computers.
- Understanding of core networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SSO, VPN and HTTP.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby) is a plus.
- Basic grasp of IT security principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
