IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to manage and improve elasticStage’s core technology environment. The role supports both office IT systems and specialised production equipment as the company scales from a single site to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, storage, operating systems and business applications.
• Perform routine system administration tasks such as updates, patching, backups and monitoring.
• Manage data storage across cloud and on‑premise solutions.
• Support Linux‑based systems and containerised environments (Docker or similar).
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues where multiple services interact.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management and incident response support.
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure – switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless, VLANs and network segmentation.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems across office and production environments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on infrastructure generalist who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Strong understanding of how systems interact across servers, networks and production equipment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing tech startup environment.
