IT Operations Technician

About the role

Join the IT Operations team at CSIS Security Group and help keep the company’s technology running smoothly. You will work in a collaborative, international environment, providing day‑to‑day support to colleagues and maintaining core infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal user support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Handle employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain and optimise Linux server infrastructure, including VMware or Proxmox environments.
• Maintain office equipment and improve network performance.
• Assist with the implementation of internal services and systems.
• Document procedures, order hardware, and perform ad‑hoc IT tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Patient, approachable and eager to help others.
• Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn.
• Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and server virtualization.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
