IT Principal Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join the Workforce Technology Team at Enterprise Mobility. The role will shape the engineering delivery pipelines that support over 90,000 employees worldwide, working remotely while collaborating with product owners and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy for workforce‑technology platforms.
• Partner with WTT Product to create engineering roadmaps and ensure operational health.
• Design, build and maintain delivery pipelines for Microsoft‑based endpoint and security solutions.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to stakeholders up to C‑suite level.
• Lead implementation of identity and security services such as MFA, SSO, MIM and OTP.

Required profile

• Significant experience with the Microsoft product ecosystem across platforms, endpoints and security.
• Strong background in security technologies, especially identity and access management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and convey technical concepts clearly.
