IT Procurement Manager

About the role

The IT Procurement Manager will own end‑to‑end technology purchasing for a leading international food manufacturing business undergoing major transformation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work across strategic sourcing and day‑to‑day procurement to influence critical technology decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and contract negotiations for software, infrastructure, cloud services, telecoms, hardware and professional services.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor commercial performance.
• Support major technology projects, including ERP and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Negotiate software licensing, managed services and cloud agreements.
• Drive procurement governance, supplier consolidation and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring commercial risk and compliance are managed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT/technology procurement.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services, infrastructure and IT services procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to operate across strategic and transactional activities.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi‑site environments is advantageous.
